Hi everyone great week, problems with Royal Mails postal service started our week, still not sorted but at least customers are finally getting there items.
We now use other courier companies to get round this problem since royal mail has been unhelpful.
Then came a complete crash of our system which took some time to sort but all is well again.
Then it was followed by problems with warranties on our new lenses (take a look at the devil within Ebay blog) which has finally been sorted.
and finally we ended the week on a very pleasurable Safari trip and have some stunning images to add to our collection.
